Cancellation Policy

1. Account cancellation
You can request the cancellation and deletion of your account at any time by sending an email to seguridad@angaflow.com from the email address associated with your account.
When you cancel your account:
- Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Your generated reports will be permanently deleted.
- Unused credits will be forfeited. Make sure to use your credits before canceling.
Important: Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, we cannot recover your reports or credits.
2. Credits upon cancellation
Credits in your account never expire as long as your account is active. However, when you request account deletion, all remaining credits are forfeited. We recommend:
- Using all available credits before requesting cancellation.
- Downloading all reports you wish to keep.
3. Subscription cancellation
Continuous monitoring subscriptions (Watch, Guard, Shield) are coming soon. When activated, the subscription cancellation policies will be:
- Monthly plans: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the contracted annual period. No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
4. Cancellation process
To request the cancellation of your account or subscription:
- Send an email to seguridad@angaflow.com with the subject "Account Cancellation".
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- You will receive a confirmation within 24-48 business hours.
- Data deletion will be completed within 30 calendar days.
