Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Anga Security services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Anga Security is a security audit platform for websites protected by Cloudflare. We offer:

• Automated security configuration analysis (Quick Scan, Security Audit).
• Controlled attack simulation against Cloudflare protections.
• Regulatory compliance evaluation.
• Remote security consulting.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

• Credits are purchased via MercadoPago.
• Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise indicated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Service only to analyze domains you own or have explicit authorization to test.
• Not provide Cloudflare API tokens that do not belong to you.
• Not attempt to circumvent Service limitations.
• Not use the Service for illegal activities.

6. Nature of Reports

Reports generated by Anga Security are advisory in nature. They do not constitute a formal security audit or compliance certification. Results should be validated by certified professionals before claiming regulatory compliance.

7. Attack Simulation

Attack simulations run exclusively against Cloudflare protection layers (WAF, Bot Management, DDoS Protection). They do not attack origin servers. By requesting a simulation, you confirm that you have authorization to perform security testing on the specified domain.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anga Security shall not be liable for:

• Damages arising from decisions made based on reports.
• Service interruptions caused by third parties (Cloudflare, Supabase, MercadoPago).
• Security breaches on analyzed websites.

9. Intellectual Property

Generated reports are owned by the user who requested them. The platform, source code, algorithms, and the Anga Security brand are the property of ANGA Mexico.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City.

12. No Affiliation with Cloudflare

Anga Security is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare® is a registered trademark of Cloudflare, Inc. Use of this trademark is solely for descriptive purposes to indicate compatibility of our services. We are not authorized resellers of Cloudflare and have no commercial relationship with Cloudflare, Inc.

13. Simulation Consent

By using the Attack Simulation service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You authorize Anga Security to execute test payloads (including SQLi, XSS, path traversal and other attack vectors) against your domain.
• These tests are performed through the Cloudflare® network and exclusively evaluate Cloudflare protections, not your origin servers.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have legal permission to conduct these tests on the specified domain.
• You release Anga Security from any liability arising from the use of simulation payloads against domains for which you lack authorization.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Anga Security does not warrant that:

• Reports are error-free or complete.
• The Service will be available without interruption.
• Security recommendations are sufficient to prevent all threats.
• Simulation results accurately reflect production behavior.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anga Security, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
• Attack simulations performed against unauthorized domains.
• Use of Cloudflare® API Tokens without permission from the account owner.
• Security decisions made based on Anga Security reports.
• Violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
