Refund & Credit Policy

1. Final purchases

All purchases made on Anga Security are final. Refunds are not issued as cash, bank transfers, or any other monetary means.

2. Credit validity

Credits purchased on Anga Security never expire. You can use them at any time to generate audit reports, attack simulations, compliance analyses, and consulting sessions.

Your credits never expire. Use your credits whenever you need them, with no time pressure.

3. Refunds (credits only)

If you purchased credits and have NOT used them, you may request a refund exclusively in the form of credits within the first 7 calendar days of your purchase.

Important: Refunds are NOT issued as cash, bank transfers, or any other monetary means. They are only issued as credits in your Anga Security account.

4. Used credits

Credits that have been consumed to generate reports (audits, simulations, compliance) are non-refundable under any circumstances, neither as cash nor as credits.

5. Defective reports

If a report fails to generate correctly due to a technical failure on our platform:

  • Option A: Free report replacement (no credit cost).
  • Option B: Refund of the credits used to your account.

To request a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of the defective report generation.
